Norwich City winger Nathan Redmond admits he hasn't had a break from football for five years.

The 21-year-old winger has been heavily involved in Norwich's punishing run to the Championship play-off final, but as soon as the season finishes he will join up with England Under 21s for the European Championship in the Czech Republic.

"I haven't had much of a holiday for years," Redmond said. "I've been on international duty every year. I love playing football.

"I've got great staff here at Norwich, behind the scenes, especially the gaffer Alex Neil he let me know after the season is done here he'll let me have some time off after the internationals.

"I'll go away with England after the play-off final and I'll have to look after myself well and prepare myself for that. I'm excited by it."
