Norwich City are set to miss out on Motherwell whizkid David Turnbull.

The recently promoted Canaries had reportedly reached an agreement with Well over the 19-year-old.

Turnbull had turned down Celtic's personal terms last week and was expected to negotiate with Norwich.

Sky Sports says the talented midfielder has changed his mind and will instead join the Bhoys.

Turnbull was named Scottish Football Writers' Association Young Player of the Year last season.
