Norwich look favourites to sign Graham Dorrans after outbidding Burnley for the services of the West Brom midfielder, according to Sky Sports. The Canaries have reportedly offered £4m for the Scotland international, just a few hours after Burnley had come in with an offer £1m less.
It is believed Albion rejected the Lancashire club's offer but may now allow Dorrans to move to the Championship side for a higher fee.
