Norwich City winger Robert Snodgrass is a big fan of Southampton fullback Luke Shaw.
The two clubs meet this weekend.
"He is a great talent. It will be a tough job for myself but I have played against him before and I will look forward to that challenge," said Snodgrass. "He is one of the best I have faced, definitely. We were speaking about it after the England game the other day and he just looked as if he took to it like a duck to water. He didn't look out of place. He was first class and he could develop into one of the best left-backs England have seen for many years.
"It is just the fact that he has the likes of Leighton Baines and Ashley Cole in front of him at the moment. It will be tough at this time to be a regular but if he keeps putting in those type of performances he will be fine."
