Norwich have agreed to extend Korey Smith's loan spell with ChampionshipBarnsley until the end of the season. The 21-year-old midfielder has made six appearances for the Tykes since arriving at the end of January.

"I'm really enjoying my time here," said Smith.

He added on the club's official website: "I'm looking forward to carrying on my work with Keith Hill and David Flitcroft, continuing to developing and gaining some more experience.

"Hopefully I can play my part and help get some points on the board."
