John Ruddy has indicated that it is highly unlikely he will be leaving Norwich City for Chelsea.
The 28-year old goalkeeper was a target for the Blues a few years ago and has recently been linked with the Premier League champions again as a replacement for Petr Cech who has become number two behind Thibaut Courtois.
"Chelsea did make a bid a couple of years ago but the club didn't deem it acceptable," Ruddy said in the wake of the Canaries' return to the Premier League.
"I've always said I'm a Norwich City player until the hierarchy tell me they've accepted a bid."
