Norwich City are keen to interview Bodo/Glimt coach Kjetil Knutsen.
Sky Sports says Norwich have interviewed Dean Smith to be their next manager.
The Canaries have also spoken to Frank Lampard and they want to speak to Knutsen.
Smith is understood to have been extremely impressive in his interview, he had an in-depth knowledge of the squad, playing style and culture of the club.
Smith is believed to be keen on the job and wants to get back to work as soon as possible.
Knutsen has turned Bodo/Glimt from relegation candidates to first-time Norwegian champions, while they beat Roma 6-1 last month, although Molde are also interested in him.
Lampard has not worked since he lost his job at Chelsea in January.
