Norwich interested in Man City's Evans

Championship club Norwich are interested in re-acquiring the services of Manchester City striker Ched Evans.

Evans played for the Canaries on a six-month loan stint last season and was impressive scoring ten goals.

Now Canaries boss Bryan Gunn is keen to get him back to Carrow Road.

"Yes, he would be one, if available, if Manchester City would let him out on loan for the remainder of the season," he said.

"Lots of clubs will be interested, it'll be Manchester City that make that decision, not me. All clubs in the bottom ten will be looking to strengthen their squads, maybe to get new faces in to help them get away from that relegation area.

"I would imagine that every club in our division would be wanting the likes of Ched Evans in their squad."
