Norwich City are eyeing Bolton Wanderers midfielder Luca Connell.

The Canaries and Middlesbrough are looking at dramatic late moves for Republic of Ireland midfielder Connell, says The Sun.

Celtic have opened talks over a deal to land the 18-year-old from Bolton.

But Canaries technical director Stuart Webber is a long-term admirer of the teenager and is weighing up a move.

Boro assistant Robbie Keane is also aware of Connell's potential after the youngster broke into the Ireland squad.

Connell can leave his crisis-hit Championship club this summer for just training compensation.
