Norwich City are moving for FC Utrecht striker Sebastien Haller.
The towering Frenchman has been scouted extensively by Sunderland this season.
The Black Cats are expected to bid for Haller in January.
However, it's emerged Norwich are also keen and have already made contact with Utrecht.
The Canaries hope to do business for €10 million.
