Norwich City boss Dean Smith says he's ready to face Southampton this weekend.
It's a fresh start for both Smith and Norwich.
"We took our first session yesterday," said Smith. "Myself and Craig [Shakespeare] have been pleased with the attitude of the players so far, and also the quality.
"We know how difficult it is at this level. Defensively, we need to be harder to beat and we want to start there," he said.
"But with the creative talent we've got, we need to be creating more chances."
Smith added: "We have a fully fit squad at the moment. Apart from Christoph Zimmermann still being out.
"Sam Byram is going to play 45 minutes for the Under-23s this evening."
