Norwich City boss Daniel Farke admits they're short of quality after defeat to Brighton on Saturday.
Farke concedes they don't have the spending power to find the right players needed.
He admitted: "If I'm really honest, if we had the possibility we would have brought them already in the summer because we are not naive and if you can add some quality to stay in this league (you should).
"Our problem so far is really the injuries to key players, hopefully they will come back soon.
"After having so many injuries you would have wanted to do more but in the summer to sign more quality it would have cost £10million or £15m to do that and it was not possible."
