Norwich City boss Daniel Farke was furious with an incorrect throw-in decision in the lead up to Aston Villa's winner on Thursday.
The German was shown a yellow card after his incredulous reaction.
"I think the situation was clear," Farke explained. "Konsa played the ball over the line, we had the throw-in deep in their half and perhaps the only two people in the whole stadium who got this decision wrong were the assistant referee and the fourth official, who labelled it a throw for Villa.
"To be honest, we are all human beings, but when you then realise that the centre-back takes the ball in order to avoid a quick throw for us and runs into his own half to stop us taking a quick throw-in, at least at this moment you should realise you are making a clear and obvious mistake.
"El Mohamedy is an experienced player, he knows what to do, he put Tom Trybull in the stands, grabs the ball and then is there with a quick throw and we played further on.
"From this moment we didn't touch the ball and they scored the only goal. Of course we have to be a bit more switched on in this situation, because I think there were 10 or 15 seconds from the throw which is obviously wrong, until they scored.
"I will concentrate on organising and that we have to be switched on, and tell my players that small details can make a huge difference. This was not a small mistake, it was an unbelievable mistake at this level."
