FCN winger Sulemana aware Ajax chief Overmars scouting; chairman confirms Man Utd presence

FC Nordsjaellands winger Kamaldeen Sulemana has welcomed interest from Manchester United and Ajax.

Bold reports Ajax football chief Marc Overmars was in the stands to see Sulemana on Monday night for FCN's 2-2 draw with FC Copenhagen. And Manchester United also had representatives at the stadium as Sulemana scored.

The 19 year-old Ghana international has enjoyed an outstanding season so far in Denmark's Superliga and admits he's aware of growing interest abroad. Indeed, Sulemana says he knew Overmars would be in attendance for the game with FCK. The attacker also revealed it wasn't the first time Overmars had seen him play.

"It is a good club (Ajax) and it is interesting like several other clubs. I have known for about a week that he (Overmars) would come, but I do not think it made any difference to my performance," the Right to Dream academy graduate told via Fotboll Transfers.

"He has seen me play many matches, so I do not think this match will change anything. Before the match I could think that he was here, but during the match I only focused on my game."

Significantly, Overmars and Ajax have already signed one player from FCN in the last 12 months in the form of Mohammed Kudus. However, this time around they face competition.

Jan Laursen, chairman of FC Nordsjaelland, confirmed that Manchester United was also present on Monday night.

"It has been in the newspapers, and it (United) is one of the clubs that was also here. It is probably one of the clubs that also follows him closely," said Laursen.
