West Ham captain Mark Noble says Declan Rice was right to leave Chelsea.

The new England midfielder was released by Chelsea as a junior before being snapped up by the Irons.

Noble told The Sun: "Take Chelsea's Callum Hudson-Odoi, for example. He made his England debut before starting a Premier League game. If he was at West Ham, he'd have probably played more games.

"Chelsea have so many special players it's limiting his chances. But there's a massive incentive to find young players.

"Dec is 20 but must be worth £50m now."
