Sunderland striker Ryan Noble has joined Championship outfit Watford for the rest of the season.

The promising 17-year old was cleared by Black Cats boss Steve Bruce to help the Hornets try to stave off relegation.

Noble has been in top form for Sunderland's youth and reserves teams this term and Bruce is keen for him to experience senior football before potentially being given a chance at the Stadium of Light next season.
