Swansea have not received an offer from Wigan for manager Roberto Martinez.
Club chairman Huw Jenkins says there has been no approach for the former Latics midfielder who has also been linked with vacant position at Celtic.
"It is quite natural every time something happens at Wigan that Roberto is brought into it because of his personal links," said Jenkins in the Evening Post.
"But I have had no contact with either Wigan or Celtic, and nor do I expect to.
"Roberto is under contract here and we are both aware of the targets this club has.
"We want to get into the Premier League. I feel we can do that with Roberto and he feels he can do it with Swansea."
