Arsenal midfielder Matteo Guendouzi is yet to demand a transfer, it has been revealed.
The London Evening Standard says Guendouzi has fallen out of favour under Mikel Arteta and has not featured since the 2-1 defeat at Brighton in June.
Recent reports suggest that the midfielder has handed in a formal request to leave the Emirates, but that is not the case.
Arteta is looking to trim his oversized squad in the final weeks of the transfer window, while also hoping to bolster his midfield options.
Along with rumours about Guendouzi's future, Uruguayan midfielder Lucas Torreira has been heavily linked with a return to Serie A, while Atletico Madrid's Thomas Partey is a key target.
