Nice defender Flavius Daniliuc is interesting West Ham.

The Hammers are desperate to sign a centre-back after Angelo Ogbonna became their latest casualty when he picked up a serious knee injury against Liverpool.

The Athletic says high on manager David Moyes' list is Daniliuc, 20, who has been described as a 'bodybuilder'.

The former Bayern Munich man clearly enjoys his time in the gym and shouldn't struggle to adapt to the physicality of the Premier League.

Moyes is also without summer signing Kurt Zouma, who joined from Chelsea for a near £30million.
