Santos youngster Victor Andrade insists the players do not discuss transfer rumours with Neymar.

Barcelona, Manchester City and Real Madrid are all being linked with Neymar.

But Andrade says: "Among the players, the truth is we do not talk about it. Nor is Neymar talking about his future.

"At first it will be a shock (if he goes) because Neymar is the team leader. It's as if Barca was left without Messi or Real Cristiano.

"But we have players to replace him, like Felipe Anderson."
