PSG starlet Adrien Rabiot is on the radar of Premier League clubs.
The Daily Express says Newcastle United, West Bromwich Albion and West Ham United have been linked with the player, who is still trying to his find his feet at the French giants.
Rabiot spent some time at Manchester City as a youth.
