Papiss Demba Cisse says he is remaining calm despite not getting a desired move away from Freiburg in the summer.
The Senegal international striker was the subject of interest from the likes of Newcastle United, Tottenham and Sunderland during the transfer window but a move did not occur.
However, Cisse will continue to work hard for his German Bundesliga club for whom he has scored 32 goals in 52 appearances since joining from Metz in December 2009.
"Staying on at Freiburg is no reason for me to feel frustrated," he told Bild.
"I am not looking back. I am attempting to start every match in the same mood as I always do. I am trying to make sure the team is successful."
