Newcastle are interested in hiring Flamengo manager Jorge Jesus to replace Steve Bruce.
As the club inches closer to the finalisation of a takeover from a Saudi-backed consortium, there is much talk about the players and manager they will hire.
Bruce may have a job for now, but he could be replaced in the coming months.
And Goal claims that Newcastle have an interest in Jesus, who is a legendary boss with a lot of experience in Europe.
Another under consideration is Mauricio Pochettino, but it is unclear if the former Tottenham boss would be interested.
Jesus recently won the Copa Libertadores and Brazilian league title double with Flamengo.
The 65-year-old only has a deal until June, which would make him affordable to recruit in the summer.
