Newcastle United have created a five-man wish list for the January transfer window.
The Magpies are well funded after the club's takeover by a Saudi Arabia-led consortium this season.
According to the Daily Mail, head of recruitment Steve Nickson is working on incomings with recently installed manager Eddie Howe.
Their five-man wish list for January includes the likes of Arsenal midfielder Mohamed Elneny, Bournemouth star Lloyd Kelly, Tottenham defender Joe Rodon, Lille centre-back Sven Botman, and German international Matthias Ginter.
Whether Newcastle can convince these players to leave their clubs in the middle of the season for a relegation fight is another matter.
