Newcastle United striker Leon Best has been called up to the Republic of Ireland squad for next week's Euro2012 qualifier against Estonia.
The 25-year old was left out of Giovanni Trapattoni's initial roster for the double header, which starts on Friday November 11 in Tallinn, but has now been included by the Italian tactician.
Trapattoni has decided to bring in Best as West Bromwich Albion's Shane Long is sidelined with a knee injury and Wolves' Kevin Doyle is suspended for the first leg.
