Newcastle United boss Steve Bruce will have to delay a move for Spartak Moscow midfielder Alex Kral.
While he has been linked with Newcastle in England, any move for Kral cannot happen this month.
Sport-Express reports Kral has already played for Spartak and Slavia Prague this season and FIFA transfer laws prevent him from turning out for a third team.
Kral's agent Karol Kisel revealed earlier this week: "Alex is happy at Spartak.
"We do not think about any changes in the winter transfer window. However, many English clubs closely monitor him.
"The transfer to one of the Premier League clubs is really his dream, but this does not mean that he will leave somewhere in six months or a year."
