Newcastle are ready to launch a bid for Vasco da Gama attacker Andrey Santos.

Toon chief scout Steve Nickson has been tracking Santos for over a year.

The Independent says Newcastle are readying a €30m bid for the 18 year-old.

Newcastle have already opened talks with Vasco for Santos.

And a deal is being pushed to be closed for the winter market.
