Newcastle United are unlikely to seal a move for Paderborn youngster Jamilu Collins.
The youngster had hoped to sign with the Premier League club in the summer.
But Kicker in Germany is reporting that work permit issues are scuppering the move for now.
Collins has impressed in a team that was bottom of the Bundesliga before play halted.
And Transfermarkt reported Newcastle and Fulham wanted to sign him.
But the non-EU requirements that apply to Collins mean that he would not be able to ply his trade in England just yet.
The Magpies would have to wait for him to become a more seasoned international with Nigeria.
