Newcastle midfielder Bruno Guimaraes admitted frustration after their 0-0 draw at Brighton.

Guimaraes believes it was 'not even close' to being his best performance but has praised Newcastle United supporters following the draw at Brighton.

He posted to social media: "Not even close to be my best game.

"But we keep 1 important point and another clean sheat [sic], let's keep working for the news [sic] challenges. Thanks Geordies for the best support as always."
