Newcastle United are eyeing PAOK wing-back Dimitrios Giannoulies.

Eurosport's Manu Lonjon reports Newcastle have tabled a €4.5m offer for Giannoulies.

Toon boss Steve Bruce is in the market for a new wing-back after losing on-loan Inter Milan youngster Valentino Lazaro.

Watford, Marseille and Saint-Etienne have also been linked with Giannoulies.

However, it is Newcastle which are leading the race for his signature.
