Newcastle United legend Alan Shearer hasn't ruled out returning to management.

He took charge of his beloved Newcastle for eight games in 2009 and admits it has given him the taste for more.

He said: "I'm looking forward to working with the BBC for the next few years.

"I have not applied for any other jobs but if the right opportunity comes along then I would look at it because I really enjoyed my eight weeks in charge of Newcastle."
