Newcastle United hero Rob Lee believes they will have to buy seven players this summer.
Lee wrote in the Evening Chronicle: "Newcastle United will have to buy seven or eight players this summer just to stand still.
"Even if we keep all our players - which is unlikely - there needs to be at least three, and it should be four, signings made.
"But I believe Cheick Tiote, Loic Remy and Fabricio Coloccini have only a few months left of their Newcastle careers.
"Papiss Cisse is probably going to go as well, and unless Hatem Ben Arfa can rediscover his best form over these final 12 games, he's off.
"Throw in a few fringe players who will be moved on and that's a lot of bodies to replace, just to have the same number of squad players that we have now.
"And we don't have enough now."
