Newcastle United are being linked with Dorukhan Tokoz from Besiktas.

The 22-year-old midfielder has emerged as a very important player for the Turkish side.

Apparently Newcastle have been on his tail for some time, sending scouts to watch his games.

Turkish publication Hurriyet reports that Newcastle want to sign Tokoz in the summer.

He would command a fee of at least €15 million, with Besiktas wanting more.

Tokoz played his first game for Turkey this season.
