Newcastle United are the latest club to show an interest in Sassuolo star Gianluca Scamacca.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, the Magpies are serious about securing Scamacca in the upcoming transfer window.

The forward, however, is in high demand in Serie A as well.

The likes of Inter Milan and AC Milan are both chasing his signature.

Napoli are also at the head of the race, as they are potentially seeking a replacement for wantaway star Victor Osimhen.

Newcastle are willing to pay up to €50 million to secure Scamacca.
