A-League club Newcastle Jets are believed to be pondering a sensational return for Ljubo Milicevic.
The 32-year old central defender, formerly of FC Zurich, FC Basel, FC Thun and Young Boys, is currently signed to VPL side Melbourne Knights after returning to Australia after a stint with Hajduk Split.
au. fourfourtwo.com suggests the Jets are eyeing Milicevic who made close to 50 appearances for the Hunter club between 2009 and 2011, however, there could be competition from Major League Soccer and Chinese Super League outfits.
