Newcastle United hero Ollie Bernard believes there's much more to come from Allan Saint-Maximin.
Bernard admits he saw plenty of the Toon winger last season at Nice.
Bernard said: "I met him more when he was in Nice, and then here I haven't had the chance to be fair.
"He's a player that is very confident about his ability, very composed on the ball, technically very good.
"For him, I just think it's a question of willingness and attitude on the pitch because sometimes he can look a bit lazy.
"On the ball, he will become one of the better wingers in the league."
Bernard added: "I think we haven't seen the best of him yet. I followed him for the past three years. What he can do on the pitch on his day, he'll go with the best wingers in the league.
"But he did find it hard to find the tempo in England, and he is still adjusting to the football.
"I believe next season will be an even better player for me."
