Newcastle United are set to end their interest in Tottenham's Andros Townsend.
The Magpies have been rebuffed with two offers for the winger with Spurs turning down a £10.5million bid as well as a loan proposal this month.
Sky Sports suggests Tottenham's asking price of closer to £14m does not meet Newcastle's valuation of the 24-year-old who has struggled for game time at White Hart Lane this season.
It is believed that Watford remain interested in 10-time England international Townsend who has been playing regularly for the North London cub's U21 side in recent weeks.
