Newcastle striker Salomon Rondon is back from international duty and on a mission.

Rondon was part of the Venezuela team that got a 3-1 win over Argentina - with the striker scoring one of the goals.

But now he is focused on helping his club as they face a tough clash against Arsenal in the Premier League.

"We still have to go step by step in the table," said Rondon.

"Arsenal is a difficult game but the main thing for us is to win games at home.

"After that we have to manage games and look to get points away from home.

"We know Arsenal are a good team. We are doing really well and we have to carry on our performances.

"They are strong and have quality players but we just have to keep playing the way we have been."
