Newcastle United are interested in signing Rob Holding from Arsenal.

He is likely available on loan or on a permanent transfer, as Arsenal have signed Gabriel Magalhaes from Lille.

A loan move would let him get first team football, while strengthening Steve Bruce's Magpies defence on a budget.

Leeds United have also expressed an interest in the 24-year-old.
