Olympique Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas is prepared to sell Lucas Paqueta this summer.
L'Equipe says Aulas will sell the midfielder if an offer of €60m or more arrives.
Newcastle United are keen, along with PSG and Arsenal.
Newcastle expressed interest in Paqueta while closing the signing of teammate Bruno Guimaraes.
The pair remain close and it has been suggested Paqueta has been unsettled after losing his good friend in January.
