Newcastle United boss Steve Bruce says he's ignoring calls for his dismissal from fans.
Supporters again called for Bruce to go during the game with Leeds.
But ahead of their clash with Watford, he said: "You have to try and shut it out around you. At times it becomes so loud it's difficult. But I've had flak since I walked through the door. I have to deal with it.
"A couple of results might ease the burden on it. I would hope it would stop."
Bruce, though, believes an entertaining contest against Leeds proved some people wrong regarding his side's absence of style.
"The actual game itself was terrific to watch," he argued. "Arguably as good as I've seen in the last few weeks in the Premier League.
"We're supposed to be boring Newcastle and have no style of play, yet everyone is raving about the spectacle. More of the same tomorrow, please."
