Newcastle United have received a boost with the news that Allan Saint-Maximin has returned to training.
Saint-Maximin suffered an ankle injury during the club's 3-2 win over West Ham United last weekend.
But the Frenchman is already back in training, and could be fit as the Magpies take on Liverpool this weekend.
The return is a welcome boost for manager Steve Bruce, and Chronicle Live claims Swiss international Fabian Schar is also back in training.
One who is still a doubt for the game is striker Callum Wilson, who has not yet been pictured training with the first team this week.
