Newcastle United are upping their bid for Feyenoord defender Daryl Janmaat.
The Mirror says Newcastle will up their bid to £5million for Dutch World Cup defender Janmaat and hope to strike a deal with Feyenoord.
The Toon will push through the deal once Mathieu Debuchy completes his move to Arsenal.
There is talk that Janmaat is on standby to fly to Tyneside for a medical this week.
