Newcastle United and Everton are moving for Bayern Munich star Thomas Muller.

The 33-year-old remains a pivotal part of the Bundesliga giant's success with nine goals and an incredible 20 assists this season.

Muller though has just one more year left on his contract after the current season.

BILD says the experienced Germany and Bayern Munich star is being sought after by both Newcastle and Everton.

Newcastle are hoping to strengthen more during the January transfer window and will be expected to spend big money this summer - especially if they maintain their Premier League status.

The Magpies have already boosted their survival hopes with the signings of Kieran Trippier from Atletico Madrid and Chris Wood from rivals Burnley.
