New York City FC are emerging as favourites to land Manchester City goalkeeper Claudio Bravo.
Off contract in June, the Chile international will leave City at the end of the season.
A move to the MLS and City's sister club NYCFC is now in the works, with a contract already on the table.
Mexican champions Monterrey have also been in contact.
An offer was on the table for the 36 year-old to leave City immediately last month.
