New Real Madrid coach Ancelotti gets started at Valdebebas

New Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti was at work at Valdebebas yesterday.

Ancelotti is wasting no time after returning to Real Madrid from Everton, with the Italian having already turned up to work at Valdebebas.

Ancelotti signed his contract at Real Madrid on June 2 and, despite the ongoing European Championship and with pre-season still some way away, he has started getting to work at the club's training complex.

The Real Madrid players - the non-internationals - aren't due to return for another two weeks, on July 5. The rest will come back gradually depending on the agreement they reach with the coach, reports Marca.

The Italian is starting his second spell on the Real Madrid bench and has a lot of work to do. The current squad will need some work this summer, and decision will have to be made about many of the 29 players he has at his disposal currently.
