New RB Leipzig chief Paul Mitchell is ready to raid Tottenham this summer.

The Mirror says Mitchell has become the German club's head of recruitment and development and wants to follow a familiar path of bringing English youngsters to the Bundesliga.

His close links with the Londoners may help him offer some of their talented gems regular games.

Reo Griffiths, 17, is one potential target after a prolific run in the Tottenham youth ranks.

Any moves would purely be loan deals to help the players' development — just like when Josh Onomah was sent out to Aston Villa at the start of this season to gain first-team experience.
