New Rangers boss Michael Beale has raided Liverpool to boost his backroom team.

Beale left QPR this week to take charge of Rangers.

And among his backroom appointments is Jack Adem who was a senior member of staff at Liverpool.

With the Reds, Ade was 'Head of Elite Fitness Development' and also a fitness coach for the under 21s.

With Rangers, Ade gets a slightly different role as he has to be 'Head of Performance'.

Ade joins Beale's staff, which also includes Damian Matthew, Neil Banfeild and Harry Watling.
