Former Arsenal midfielder and scout Gilles Grimandi has been named technical director of Patrick Vieira's Nice.
Grimandi has spent 20 years with Arsenal, but he has spoken of his "delight" that he will embark on a new adventure with his old pal.
Speaking on the Nice website, Grimandi said: "I consider joining OGC Nice as an opportunity.
"After 20 years at Arsenal, I'm happy to be back in France, in a project that reminds me of my first years in England.
"I'm obviously delighted that our paths are crossing again. But I didn't decide this on a whim because Patrick was in Nice.
"I'm coming for the club project."
