New Inter Milan coach Antonio Conte wants to wreck the plans former club Chelsea have for Mateo Kovacic.
After a successful season on-loan, Chelsea are keen to negotiate a permanent deal with Real Madrid for the Croatia international.
However, Tuttosport says Conte is also interested and has urged his new employers to move for the midfielder.
Kovacic is a former Inter player and the prospect of returning to Milan does hold some appeal.
Significantly, Conte can offer Kovacic a guaranteed start - something both Chelsea and Real are unwilling to do.
